Lotion - Ready for Summer? As the weather warms up, we need to
ask ourselves if we are willing to take a risk with our skin in the
harsh sun rays this summer...There are many ways to fake tans why would
we want to risk premature aging and skin cancer that's on the rise.Vitamin D is important to receive normal blood levels of calcium
and phosphorus, helping to form and maintain strong bones. Sunshine is a
significant source of vitamin D because UV rays from sunlight trigger
vitamin D synthesis in the skin. Ten to twenty minutes of sun exposure
at least three times a week to the face, arms, hands, or back is good
for us and provides us adequate vitamin D. If you plan to have fun in
the sun make sure you use the right protection, find a sunscreen
that suits you.
